"Kathy is a GREAT clinician! She is passionate about her work and takes it seriously. She is a natural at connecting with others and making them feel safe and understood. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and I highly recommend her."

A Comprehensive Initial Assessment

Before starting an intensive, every couple begins with a 1.5-hour intake appointment. This is an in-depth conversation where we explore your relationship history, current struggles, and hopes for change. It’s an essential step to ensure that an intensive is the best fit for your needs and to make sure it will be a productive, supportive experience.

You’ll leave with clear insights, actionable strategies, and a sense of direction — plus the option for continued support if you decide you want to keep building on the progress we’ve made together.

Regular Progress Evaluation

Our work together is not just a conversation — it’s a structured, dynamic process where I consistently evaluate your progress, measure change, and ensure that the strategies we use are making a real difference.
