I know the time, energy, and financial commitment that it takes to do this work, and I don’t take that lightly. Every part of our work together is designed to be intentional and effective, so the effort you put in leads to real, lasting change.
I understand that paying for therapy out of pocket can be a barrier for some. If you’re concerned about finances, we can collaborate on a schedule that feels more doable, whether that means spacing sessions out or exploring a short-term intensive to build traction quickly. I also offer monthly superbills (receipts of service) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots specifically reserved for BIPOC clients as part of my commitment to equitable mental health care. These are limited, not guaranteed, and may open periodically throughout the year. Sliding scale fee for individuals is $100 and $165 for couples (90-minute standard treatment only).
